Colleges or universities in Canada for Hotel Management and their admission requirements?

I have scored 51% in 12th class board exams and I wish to do a Bachelor's degree course in Hotel Management from Canada. So, is there any scope that I will get admission in Canadian colleges with this low score in 12th? And, which colleges in Canada are good for Hotel Management?
