There are many private company and government company but i think you should apply in government sector like BHEL,NTPC and many other for diploma holder.

First of all Diploma is not sufficient to get good job and if you will not get a good job there is no question of getting good salary..

So first of all you will have to study further ,the best option for you is apply for the entrance exams and then take admission in Engineering colleges as a lateral entry..

Then you will get a very good job prospects in the future and obviously the salary also..

you can get many jobs for this diploma degree but i think not a handsome salary because every diploma has a furnished ending with its corresponding ug and pg ...so its better to do a ug for a better salary

mahindra.....company is providing the excellent salary packages for mechanical engineers.....and it also provides the career boosting.........

try to get into mahindra.......it will be helpful to you....

you should try to get job in larsen and toubro limited ,it is an very good company for diploma holders,and you also have lots of scope for development

But you may not get handsome salary by this job and moreover you'll be placed as a junior engineer.SI I must suggest you to carry on your graduation course so that you can get more satisfied job as well as salary.
