Hi, I have completed my M.Phil and heard that I also have to do PhD now to get good job in either government sector or private sector. Is it true? Do I need to do PhD mandatory after completed M.Phil?

It is not compulsory to do Ph.D after completion of M.Phil. If you are interested in teaching field in college or university then you should pursue Ph.D in relevant subject. After Ph.D in relevant subject, you can teach in colleges, universities and educational institutes. After M.Phil, you can go for research work in organization.
