The scope after either of these course is good. But MS degree is offered by universities abroad which has more value in the job market. It is considered equivalent to M.Tech degree. After this course it will be easier to find opportunities in India as well as abroad. After M.Sc it is advisable to pursue M.Tech or to take up a Ph.D.
