Which course to pursue at graduate level for becoming a Fashion Designer?

I have completed 12th standard. I want to become a Fashion Designer. So, which course should I study for my graduation and from where? How about NIFT? What are the courses being offered by NIFT and admission criteria?

Hi,

To become a fashion designer you should study (B.des) course i.e bachelor of design.

Yes, you should persue the course from NIFT.
NIFTs are the best institutes to get graduated in the field of fashion.

Courses offered in the campuses of NIFT at UG and PG level are given below:
1) Bachelor of Design (B. Des)
2) Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B. F. Tech)
3) Master of Design (M. Des)
4) Master of Fashion Management (MFM)
5) Master of Fashion Technology (M. F. Tech)

For seeking admission in B.des. candidates must have 10+2 qualification from a recognised board.
Age limit should not exceed 23 years.

There will be a entrance test. After clearing this test only you will get admission to NIFT.

Candidates can apply online at https://admission.net./nift2019

Application will be 2000/- for general/obc and 1000/- for sc/st
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
