I have completed ITI in Electronic Mechanic. Now, what should I study further? Which course would be best suitable for me? Can I do B.Tech in Electronics or Mechanical branch? Or, Diploma in either of the branch?

After an ITI course you should definitely go for diploma course or polytechnic course and you can get admission directly in second year if you apply through lateral entry scheme.

After an ITI electronic mechanic course, you should go for Polytechnic Diploma course. And you can get admission directly in second year of this course through Lateral Entry Scheme.
This will enhance your job opportunities in both private as well as government sector.

After completion of ITI course you can apply for the diploma course in the similar stream. After diploma you can also apply for the BE / B.Tech course in second year directly through lateral entry exam.
Or you can go for the job in core sector.
