Re: Courses available to become an IPS Officer?
No special courses are available to become an IPS officer. You can pursue your Bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a Government recognised university and you can take IPS examination coaching while pursuing your final year of graduation course or after that. You should have to study hard and concentrate only on that till you get selected as IPS.

Re: Courses available to become an IPS Officer?
First thing I would like to let you know that to be an IPS ( Indian Police Service ) officer you need to qualify Civil Services examination held by UPSC.
Further, I would like to let you know that for becoming an IPS officer i.e; for appearing in Civil Services examination, there is no specific requirement of any subject at any level of academics and hence any graduation degree holder is eligible for appearing in the same examination provided he/she satisfies other eligibility criteria too. So, as discussed above there is no specific course which you have to opt to achieve your goal and hence you can opt for any course which lies to your interest, strength and provides you ample time to prepare for Civil Services examination along with your regular academics. |
