First of all there is no such boundary for boys and girls in career that you specifically have to be worried about. After schooling from commerce you can make a career in many feilds.
And not having mathematics is not a big issue. You are opened to -

a. B.COM(P)-
This is one of the most chosen courses for commerce student. It has the record for being the course with high cut-offs in central university. Today there is no such difference between B.Com(H) and B.Com(P). No requirement of maths.

b. CA(Chartered Accountancy)-
It is mostly opted by students after 12th with commerce stream. CA provides a wide scope in fields viz. Company Auditor, Chartared Accountant in big firms or companies may send you abroad for their projects. There is no requirements of maths in 12th for pursuing CA.

c. CS(Company Secretary)-
CS is among the list of mostly opted professional courses. The difference between CA & CS is that CS focuses in field of Corporate Law. After CS, one has the option to become legal adviser in a company, secretary in any company or can further go for LLB to get more specialized in law field. Once again there is no requirement for maths in 12th standard.

Since CS not generally preferred by boys with that interest as it is done by girls. So in one way, girls have a bit advantage on boys in CS.

But as seen overall, every course is equally best and useful to girls.

I am very creative and i am intrested in business and my a/c is also good, so which is the best course for me after 12th in commerce?

Well dear best choice is CA i.e. Chartered Accountant. CA stands for Chartered Accountant. It's a professional accounting course offered by ICAI(Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). Its' ICAI who conducts exams for this course. One have to clear out this exam first which can be divided into three categories.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from the recognized board.

Scope: It has great scope in the industry. You can join any financial accounting department, taxation department or in share market.
