marketing skill comes naturally, if you are very talkative kind of person this job will help you the most and your interest will gone to sky rockets.

and no courses are offered anywhere for enhancing marketting skills but there are some english learning programs in which they use to teach some skills ,
how to make your front person impressed by your talkings.

there are many local programs conducted by many institutes like
VITA , i think they teach marketing skills
other than vita,
SPOKEN ENGLISH oriented programs etc

Marketing skills comes from your pleasing persoality,the way you are communicating with the customers,although there are several institutes which claim to enhance your marketing skills,but it's better that if you try to look for 'personality development',because it matters a lot that how you are interacting with the individual it depends on 'personality'.How you can impress,that mostly depends on your behavior.just "improve your personality, marketing skills will automatically get improved."

You are already a Marketing Manager,you have to analyze that whats your shortcomings so that you are not able to perform as much as want and in the mean time you have to analyze the profile the India's Top Marketing Managers as well as global Marketing Mangers on Internet.

There is no such types of course available in India
