Plz anybody tell me what is d criteria to get admission in nit rourkela for a gate and nongate scored student? What is d course fee structure in nit rourkela for a mechanical engg student and what amount of stipend is provided to a student during course???

Year 2011-12 (NIT,Rourkela)
---------------
M tech tution fee is 34000,
Hostel fee is 14500
Same for Gate and NonGate candidate....

Yes, most of the time students are provided with stipends. But, admission here depends upon cut-off. So, you should also look for other better universities for admission, like: Osmania, BITS, Lovely Professional University, Thapar; which provide quality education. You can get details regarding admission process, fee structure, etc. from their website.

my gate score is 9.46. can i get admission in any of nit or government college ? please inform me on [email protected] as soon as possible.
