Hi dis z preeti m doin bpharmacy 4th yr
As there z no gate exam for pharmacy so what will be the criteria for entrance in m.pharm? Will the universities like PU , PTU etc. will conduct there own entrance tests?

Admission will be through a gate like entrance which will be conducted by IITs

admission are through GATE score which iis valid for two years

the admission will be through score in GPAT-2010,which is being conducted by AICTE

the AICTE is conducting GPAT 2010,the admission will be based on the score in this exam

form this year in order to facilitate admission of Pharmacy graduates in MPharma as also to award fellowships/scholarships to Pharmacy graduates, AICTE has decided to organize to conduct an examination in the name of Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) with effect from academic year 2010-11.

NMC, constituted by AICTE has recommended for conduct of 1st GPAT ie GPAT-2010 by the MS university of Baroda, Vadodara-390002, which has agreed to conduct the examination on May 02, 2010 throughout the country.

you may obtain application form along with information brochure from either the office of coordinator GPAT-2010, the M.S. university of Baroda, Vadodara-390002 or from the designated branches of Bank of Baroda, whose information may be obtained from the website of GPAT-2010 at URL http://www.gpat.in, http://www.msubaroda.ac.in

the main criteria is you have to pass b.pharm from a AICTE approved college..
yes each college has their own entrance test...

Friend form this year the AICTE is conducting GPAT 2010 and the admission will be based on the score in this exam.......

You can get the admission through GATE score which is valid for two years....

friend there are 85% open seats and 15% seats are nri
you can join m.pharma as noon gate qualifiled canndidiate and you can join also through donation basis

Admission will be through GPAT, CET, NIPER Entrance test etc. different university have different criterion for admission process. Please visit the official website of these institution to get more information.

For the admission into the M.Pharm you must have to appear for the GPAT, NIPMER,CET etc. The eligibility criteria for these entrance exam is B.Pharma with more than 50% marks.
Many other universities like PU,PTU etc also conduct their own entrance exam followed by an interview.
The eligibility criteria for these universities also the same.

AICTE conduct GPAT exam and on the basis of this exam admission process is held....
