Criteria to fall under 85% Delhi quota in NEET 2022 exam session?


I am from Rajasthan and doing 10th in session 2019-20. If I do 11th and 12th from Delhi then can I get in the 85% Delhi quota for the NEET examination 2022 session?

I have done 10th from Delhi in CBSE board. Now I doing 11th and 12th from Bihar CBSE board too.
Can I eligible 85% quota in Delhi in medical college?
