Criteria and procedure to join Vigilance department of India?

Hi, I have completed B.Sc in Information Technology and now I am willing to join in Vigilance department. Is my qualification enough to be eligible for it? If not, then which further education is required? And, how can I apply for Vigilance department? Is there any entrance?
