CSE admission in NIT Warangal for a candidate with 209 marks in JEE Main?


Hello Sir, My daughter has got 209 marks in JEE Main of this year. She wants admission in NIT, Warangal for CSE branch. Can she get admission into NIT Warangal in CSE branch? Please reply to me immediately.

National Institute of Technology, Warangal is the top NITs of all.

You have not mentioned your category. If you are from SC or ST category then you can get some stream of engineering in this NIT otherwise there is no chance for general or OBC candidate with 209 marks in this institute.

JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is a entrance exam conducted once in every year by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education).

The cut off marks varies every year based on the difficulty level of the question paper, candidates appeared in the exam & seats availability.
The cut off marks for general candidates is 115 marks, for OBC candidates it is 80 marks, for SC candidates it is 60 marks and for ST candidates it is 50 marks.
The opening rank to get admission in NIT warangal for CSE is 1825 - 1920.

Since you have got 209 marks you can get admission in NIT warangal for CSE. The chances are high if you belong to any reservation category.
