CSSR NET Exam after M.Sc(maths) with 56% marks and age 46?
i am now at 46 years age i am Msc.in maths with 56 percentage marks can i apply for cssr net exam june 2011

Hello,
The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for CSIR NET exam is a masters degree with a minimum of 55% for general candidate and 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category. There is no age limit to appear for the exam, hence, you are eligible for the same. For further information, you may refer to the official website of UGC. |

You are eligible for Lectureship as per agelimit criteria. You have got 56% in Msc. Maths so education wise also you are eligible. Eligibility for CSIR UGC NET entrance examination: You Must have a M.Sc. or equivalent degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks Age Eligibility Criteria - For Junior Research fellowship – You must be between 19 –28 years of age. For Lectureship – There is no upper age limit. You should be at least 19 years of age. regards Kapila |
