If you really want to be a CHEF then you should look at the Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts offered by Culinary Academy of India.I have completed last year and I was given a placement in Costa Cruise Lines.The course is good weel ddelivered by very experienced faculty.The best thing is that the Director teaches Visual Foods and Food Sculpture and is a professional par excellence.Really the course is good.Only problem its too strict and too many rules to follow more of a defence academy.

Post graduation in culinary arts offered by culinary academy is the best choice for you.You have an opportunity to get an international placement from the college. But getting a seat is difficult because they select only 30 students from all over India and the selection procedure involves skill test and you have to excellence in this if you really want to make it .

CAI fee structure is very less and value for money. Where some colleges are charging 4 Lakhs INR per year CAI is at 1.25 L INR. And culinary academy of India has 75% of practical component in their curriculum and give the students to a lot of practice oin the kitchens..
