I am studying in 2nd year B.Sc. Zoology now. I am interested in journalism so can I join journalism now and continue both the courses simultaneously? Can I take admission in BA Journalism also?

No, you are not eligible to pursue two courses simultaneously. So, you are not eligible to get admission in journalism course.

Candidates after completion of a bachelor degree in any discipline will become eligible for admission in master degree in journalism.

So, it is better to complete the bachelor degree then take admission in journalism. To get admission you have to appear and qualify for entrance test ( written or interview ) for final selection.

Yes you can pursue both the degree courses. But one from regular mode and other from distance mode.
But let me tell you that you are eligible to execute both the degrees at the same time. One time you have to show only one degree. But if you are interested in journalism then you can go through this. There is no any problem as well as no objection.

But you have to take admission in this course is distant mode or correspondence mode. Because in a time you have not done both courses in regular mode.

You must passed 10+2 from a recognized board.

You should have secured minimum 50% aggregate with English as a subject.

You can not pursue two courses simultaneously in regular mode.

There is a provision to pursue two course, one in distance mode and other in regular mode. So, if you want to pursue Bachelor of Arts in Journalism then you can do so but in correspondence mode from any Distance Education Council approved university.

You can not take admission in Bachelor of Journalism in regular mode while pursuing Bachelor of Science second year.

Two courses can not be done at same time in regular mode.
