Re: Cutoff percentage required in 12th WBCHSE to secure BAMS admission?
The first thing I would like to let you know is that for securing BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) admission in any medical college across India, you are required to qualify NEET UG held by NTA once every year.
Further, for appearing in the NEET-UG, the minimum education required is a Class 12th in Science stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate (or 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category candidates) in PCB combination from a recognized board of education. So, even being a student of WBCHSE board, you need to have above mentioned educational qualification to be eligible for pursuing BAMS degree course by appearing in and qualifying NEET UG. For more details regarding NEET UG, you can refer to the link www.ntaneet.nic.in. |
