i have applied for the post scientific assistant in November-2010 but selected list is not announcing plz tell me the reason

The SSC announced notification for the post of scientific assistant in Indian meteorological department, 2011. According to that notification the exam was conducted on 18-12-2011 and the last date for submission of application form was 28-10-2011.
