Commencement of sale of application forms by Indian Maritime University, Mumbai Campus and Syndicate Bank 21 April, 2010.

Last date of receipt of completed application forms by Indian Maritime University, Mumbai Campus 04 June, 2010.

Issue of counselling call letters to the qualified candidates July 2010.
Counselling / Interview : July / August 2010.

The counselling will be conducted in the month of July / August 2010 on the basis of the merit of the candidate in IIT JEE 2010 Examination. The courses will commence in mid August, 2010. So, there is no entrance exam for IMU and the councelling is almost finished.

the details for the deck cadet can be downloaded from the IMU website, and regarding your query, you cannot take admission in January batch with your august score, of the cet. You have to give the CET once again, and remember that most companies do not give sponsporship for jan batch.. any way why dont u get updated with the SCI (shipping corporation of INdia)website .. as sci takes cadets for every batch..

Indian Maritime University has announced the conduct of Common Entrance Test (CET) December 2010 for admission to “Diploma in Nautical Science leading to B.Sc. (Nautical Science) February 2011 Batch”.
