Which degree is better between M.Com and MA?
I have completed my B.Com and thereafter B.Ed as well. Now, I'm confused between M.Com and MA. Which degree should I choose? Which has broader scope and job opportunities?

Re: Which degree is better between M.Com and MA?
Among M.Com and M.A., M.Com has better scope than MA post graduation course.
M.A. stands for Master in Arts while M.Com stands for Master in Commerce. As M.Com deals with Commerce background while MA deals in Arts background. You can get job easily for lecturer, professor, teacher in colleges and institutes by pursing anyone of the above post graduation course. But M.Com will be better post graduation course as you will get more scope and opportunities. |

Re: Which degree is better between M.Com and MA?
As you have completed your B.Com and B.Ed hence I would like to suggest you to pursue M.Com in your masters because this would help you to make your future bright and you will have specialisation hence there will be greater job opportunities for you in the same field.

Re: Which degree is better between M.Com and MA?
It depends on what profession you want to choose after your post graduation.
Opting for any course depends on three factors:- > Your interest in particular course. > Scope of job after that course > Availability of that course in reputed college or university |

Re: Which degree is better between M.Com and MA?
As per the current scenario the job opportunities for M.Com is more than that of M.A
However it is also necessary to look for which stream you are interested in. In commerce stream you have to be good with calculations and in Art stream your theoretical perception is very important. So choose wisely considering above points, the candidate with best knowledge and practical skills always have demands irrespective of streams. |
