Degrees from Manomaniam Sundarnar University is accecpted for UGC NET or not?


I have finished MCA in the year 2010 from Manonmaniam Sundarnar University, Tirunelvelli - 627 008, Tamil Nadu. Is this university recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE? How can I check the originality of my degree online? Can I apply for UGC NET with this degree?

Manonmaniam Sundarnar University, Tirunelvelli is approved by UGC as well as AICTE.

UGC approval is necessary for non-technical courses while AICTE is necessary if technical courses are offered by institute.
