Company Secretary course is monitored by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and this exam is of late in great demand right now due to rapid corporatisation. This exam can be divided into following three categories:-

1. Foundation Programme
2. Executive Programme
3. Final Programme

Foundation Programme:-

This forms the basis of the three programme for which you need to be a class 12 pass out of a recognized board. From the time you seek admission for this course the course needs to be finished within three years. The total duration of the course usually is eight months.

For this programme following areas needs to be touched upon:

2. Economics and Statistics Financial Accounting
3. Elements of Business Laws and Management

Executive Programme:-

On passing in the foundation programme you will be allowed to sit for the executive programme.
