Respected Sir/Madam, I have 80% in 10th class and I want to give NDA exam. I would like to know the details and the procedure for applying in this entrance exam. Waiting for your response. Thank you!

NDA is National Defence Academy. The examination is conducted by UPSC for recruitment in defence service.

The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed or pursuing in 12th from a recognised board.

The age limit is 16.5- 19.5 years. Only male candidates are eligible to appear in the examination. The examination is conducted in two stages. So, you are not eligible to appear for the examination now.

NDA refers to National Defence Academy and to join the same one is required to qualify NDA entrance examination held by UPSC twice every year.

Further, the minimum education required to appear in the same examination is Class 12th in any stream from a recognised board of education. Students going to appear in Class 12th board examination are also eligible.

So, having just completed your Class 10th with 80%marks, you are not eligible for joining NDA at this stage.
