Difference between Personal Secretary and Company Secretary?


Hi, could be elaborate the difference between a Personal Secretary and a Company Secretary? What are the advantages and disadvantages in both the cases?

A personal Secretary is the one who does office work or administrative work for someone.
A Company secretary is responsible for the administration of the company. A Company Secretary is a representative of the company who is responsible for running the company.
A personal Secretary is responsible for the day to day work of his senior boss , working affairs of the company in their absence. However, Company Secretary works an independent person with a degree as CS.
