Admission in premier institutions are conducted after qualifying in entrance test.

So, you are not eligible to get admission in the premier ( government or private institutions ) without qualifying in entrance examination.

You are eligible to get admission in private institutions. Visit the official website to get detail information about the private institutions.

°°° Students cannot get direct admission in Government Universities or colleges without any entrance examination.
The candidates will have to either appear for ICAR AIEEA/ state level exam.
Students can appear for both ICAR AIEEA and state level exam.

°°° Bsc agriculture is 4 years duration course after 12th from recognised board and the candidate should have done 12th with science stream.

°°° But still if you do not want to appear in any entrance exam then the only choice you are left with is to take management quota seat that is purely on the basis of donation.

No, it is not possible for you to get direct admission in Bsc agriculture without any entrance examination.
One has to appear in the entrance examination, if you are interested to pursue BSc in agriculture 4 years degree course that can be pursued only after passing 12th standard with physics, chemistry mathematics/Biology from a recognised board.
Whether you want to take admission in private college or government college you have to appear in the entrance exam.
There are few entrance exams- ICAR AIEEA, EAMCET, PAU, KEAM, IGKV-CET etc.
