Which Distance university conduct B.A.L.L.B under Indian Territory?

There is not a single university in India which is going to offer you BA LLB course through correspondence or distance education. If you want to pursue this course then it must be done via regular mode only.

Otherwise you should start considering some other course. Surely BA LLB is not an option. The bachelor of law degree whether its BA LLB or simply LLB, can not be pursued through distance education.

Bar Council of India does not allow that. It is mandatory to complete graduation degree through regular mode while you can pursue the post graduation course (LLM) via distance education.

Therefore what you should do now is appear for the Common Law Admission Test. This exam is conducted for National Law University. You can appear for it next year. It is not possible to do so in this year.

Common Law Admission Test is conducted in June/July. You can appear for it if meets the following criteria.


CLAT Eligibility

1. You should first pass Class 12th.

2. Subjects could be any of your choice.

3. Minimum of 45 percent marks in 12th board.

4. SC/ST/PWD are eligible for 5 percent relaxation.

5. There is no relaxation for SC and ST.

6. The upper age limit is 20 years.

7. There is 2 years relaxation for SC,ST and PWD.

Please remember that this is the procedure for BA LLB course which has duration of 5 years. If you have completed graduation then better apply for the 3 years LLB course.
