Do Companies select candidate on the basis of Marks or Talent?
does campanies selects us on the basis of marks or talent.

Marks is the only eligibility criteria to sit into the test for the company.
What really matters is the knowledge and concepts in the respective field., along with communication skills also matters that is the talent. |

Now the trend has changed.. Companies are no more hiring students on the basis of marks or talent.. They now hire students on the basis of few factors like- 1.Activities 2.Smart work 3.Presents of mind.. These are the important factors works behind the hiring process.. So, try to build these things in you.. You will definitely able to get a job. All the best. |
