Is that cmj university has provides distance education for b.tech courses?

Does B.Tech of CMJ university is valid abroad , in sample certificate only meghalaya is mentioned not the country India , for certificates use in abroad country should be mentioned

CMJ university is approved by UGC and DEC but not approved by AICTE .
