I have recently completed my B.Sc Physics and wanted to join ISRO but one of my friend told me that ISRO doesn't hire fresher graduates. Is it true? If not, then how can I join ISRO? How much would be my pay scale? What would be my job profile in ISRO with B.Sc Physics?

ISRO does not recruit B.sc Physics candidates. It often gives advertisement to recruit M.sc Physics candidates.
