Is duplicate SSC Marks Memo valid and acceptable for all State and Central Government jobs?

Sir, I am Sai Kumar and I lost my SSC marks memo in fire accident. I have passed SSC in 2009. Recently I download duplicate marks memo from internet. Is it valid for all state and central government jobs?
