Educational requirements for the post of Delhi Police's Head Constable?


I have completed my Diploma and got a 12th equivalent certificate from Board of Technical Education. Am I eligible for Delhi Police's Head Constable post? What are the other requirements and application procedure? Any entrance?

Age 18 to 21 years
Height 170 centimeters
Chest 81 to 85 centimeters
Educational Qualification Matric/Higher Secondary, 10th or 10+2
Physical Standard Sound state of health, free from defect/deformity/disease, vision 6/12 without glasses both eyes, free from colour blindness
