Dear Sir, I have one year experience in energy auditing and 2 years in operational maintenance. So am I eligible for Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) exam? Is it mandatory to show experience letter while applying for BEE exams?

The details of the mention Exam are given below:

For Energy Managers:
candidate should possess any one othe follwing:
-> A graduate enginneer or equivalent with 3 years of work experience.
-> M.Tech/M.E with 2 years work Experience.
-> Diploma in Engineer with 2 years work Experience.
-> Post Graduate in science with 2 years work Experience.
-> Graduate Engineer with Post Graduate Degree in Management With 2 years of work experience

For Energy Auditors:

Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications for BEE exam.

For Energy Managers:

A Graduate Engineer or equivalent with 3 years of work experience.
M.Tech/ M.E. or equivalent with 2 years of work experience.
Graduate Engineer with Post Graduate Degree in Management or equivalent with 2 years of work experience.
Diploma Engineer or equivalent with 6 years of work experience.
Post Graduate in Science with 5 years of work experience.
For Energy Auditors:

A Graduate Engineer or equivalent with 3 years of work experience.
M.Tech / M.E or equivalent with 2 years of work experience.
Graduate Engineer with Post Graduate Degree in Management or equivalent with 2 years of work experience.
Note: Candidates without experience may also apply for either of the above examinations. However, the certificate will be awarded only on acquiring the required work experience and qualifying in viva voce examination, as applicable.
