Dear friends, I have done BSc course from Mathematics Honours. I want to apply for CDS-II recruitment. So, I would like to know about my eligibility to apply for this recruitment. Kindly help me to know about the eligibility criteria.

Yes, you are eligible for CDS Exam that is conducted by UPSC every year twice.

To be eligible for appearing in CDS exam, you must have completed graduation from a recognized institute/college.

To qualify CDS Exam, you will have to qualify following stages:

• Written Exam
• SSB Interview

CDS stands for Combined Defence Services. The eligibility criteria for CDS II exam:

>>Candidate must have done bachelor's degree in science or engineering for Naval or Air Force academy and bachelor's degree in any stream for IMA and OTA.

>>The age criteria for INA is 19-22 years, for AFA is 19-23 years, for IMA is 19-24 years and for OTA is 19-25 years.

You can apply for CDS after graduation in science. The last date for CDS II in 2018 is over, wait for CDS I 2019 notification.
