I want to become air hostess but I think I am too short as my height is only 153cm, could you please tell me if there is still any possibility for me become an air hostess.

look dear you cant do anything about height.. anyway its just a part of whole process... try becoming more smart confident,well spoken, urbane and goto frankfinn... your height is above minimum requirement... so its good enuf.

Dear friend,

Though there are few cases, where there is an average of 5.6' height is required, you can still go with your height to apply for an air hostess job.

The main factor is your appearance, communication skills, presence of mind etc. So concentrate on these things.

The basic requirement to become an air hostess are:

1. Education: 10+2 pass certificate or a Graduation degree (preferably Hotel Management or Tourism) is required to get enrolled for a short term Air-Hostess Diploma course.
So you are eligible for the air hostess course....

2. Age: Age should below 25 years of age

3. Height: at least 154.5-157.5 cms tall..
(Weight and height should be proportionate with good eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected vision in both eyes.)

So if you fulfill the above criteria, then you are eligible to become an air hostess...
But you have mentioned that your height is 153cms, so you may try for it...contact the academies for any concession..it may happen that some academy allow those with your heights...

So don't loose hope.......all the best!

Age: Between 17 and 27 years (Relaxable upto 3 years in case of SC/ST and OBC categories in case of Indian National carriers Indian, Air India & Air India Express only)

Qualification:10+2 or intermediate or Graduate from a recognised University.

You all make me laugh,
Height: at least 154.5-157.5cm. Stop asking about if you're 152.0 cm or something you maybe get/be a cabin crew job.
You will need good communication skills and that.
All you need to do is go on 'Google' and type Air Hostess job and upload your CV there. After that they may reply back to you and then just wish for the best.
