Eligibility to become an IAS Officer for a citizen of Nepal who has completed 12th CBSE in India?


Hello everyone, I have completed my 10th from Nepal. I am from Nepal. But did my 12th from CBSE Board in India. I want to become an IAS Officer. Please let me know that am I eligible to become an IAS Officer? Waiting for your response!

IAS refers to Indian Administrative Service and to become an IAS officer or any other all India service such as IPS, IFS, etc. one is required to be an Indian citizen for must.

So, being a citizen of Nepal, you are not eligible for becoming a IAS officer.

IAS refers to Indian Administrative Service and to become an IAS officer or any other all India service such as IPS, IFS, etc. one is required to be an Indian citizen for must.

So, being a citizen of Nepal, you are not eligible for becoming a IAS officer.
