Eligibility for LAWCET


I have done my intermediate from TOSS and my percentage is 45 % can I apply for lawcet?

Eligibility:-

Those candidates who have completed 12th or it's equivalent from a recognized university.

Minimum marks required 45%.

For OBC Category 42%marks.

The basic eligibility criteria for LAWCET 2022:-

1) Candidates must have passed Class XII or equivalent exam from any recognized state or central board.
2) Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam is needed for students of General/OBC category to appear for the exam.

Eligibility for LAWCET.

LAWCET stand for Law Common Entrance Test.

Eligibility for LAWCET:-

For 3years LLB course:-
The candidate must be a graduate from a recognised University.
The candidate must have obtained 45% aggregate marks, but for SC/ST categories, it will be 40% only in the examination.

For 5 years LLB course:-
The candidate must have passed 12th level of study with 45% aggregate marks in the examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent by the recognised educational board.


For apply 3 year LLB course, then age should not be more than 30 years for general category and 35 years for SC/ST category candidates.

For apply 5 years LLB course, then age should not be more than 20 years for general category and 22 years for SC/ST category candidates.

Eligibility for LAWCET.

The eligibility criteria for the LAWCET Exam is that they should have completed the 10+2 or the Higher Secondary examination successfully with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks . By qualifying after the higher secondary they are eligible for admission to the 5-year integrated degree program for law.

For 3 year LLB
Any graduate degree with 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised university or its equivalent
Minimum percentage required is 45%

Candidates who are appearing in a qualifying exam (class 12 or its equivalent ) are also eligible to appear in entrance exam.

There is no age limit specified for the course
Admission is granted on the basis of entrance exam
