Eligibility and procedure to join Military Nursing Service (MNS)?


Sir, I have completed my B.Sc General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and I am 23 years old. Am I eligible to join Military Nursing Service (MNS)? If yes, then when and how can I apply for MNS?
