Hello Friend,
You should know the number of attempts you have made in CSP exam as there is no medium through which you can know.
Since UPSC maintains there record but i think they will not tell you about this but you can try to contact them, if they can help.

Well friend,

Every year upsc Conducts Civil services exam which is having two stages.
One is Preliminary EXAM and another one is Mains.

If you clear Prilims then only you are Eligible to write Mains.

Details Regarding CSP Exam i.e Civil Services Priliminary Exam 2011 are:-


Upsc civil service Exam Date is on 12.06.2011 (SUNDAY)
Its notification will be out in the month of February 19 in leading Employment news papers.
It will stay upto 21 of March 2011.

For Eligibility you must be A bachelor's Degree from Recognized university.
