Which entrance exam I have to appear for in Karnataka for getting admission in B.Sc Agriculture in any government college? Please, give me information in detail.

In order to get admission into B.Sc in Agriculture course in state of Karnataka, you can appear in an Entrance Examination called "Karnataka Common Entrance Test". This KCET Examination is conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority under the aegis of Karnataka University.

>> The basic educational qualification required to appear in this KCET Examination is "12th Class" with Physics, Biology and Chemistry subjects from a recognized board with 50% marks.

>> Candidates who are doing their final year are also eligible to appear in this KCET Examination.

>> The minimum age required to be eligible for this KCET Examination is 17 years. Age is considered as on 31st December, 2018.

>> Hence, you are required to appear in this KCET Examination to pursue B.Sc in Agriculture course.

Since you are concerned about pursuing B.Sc. in Agriculture degree course from a government college in Karnataka then for that you need to qualify KCET ( Karnataka Common Entrance Test ) held by KEA ( Karnataka Examination Authority ) once ever year.

Also, for appearing in KCET to take admission B.Sc. in Agriculture degree you need to have qualified your Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology as optional subjects from a recognized board of education.
