ERROR in NTA UGC NET December, 2018 E-Certificate. What to do now?


I was able to download the ecertificate but it contains several black shades covering all the main sentences. I have mailed the officials, what else should I do? I am talking about NTA UGC NET, December, 2018 E-Certificate.
