CPT stands for the Common Proficiency Test. It is conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

This entrance exam is conducted twice every year by ICAI, one in June and other in December. You must enroll 60 days before the CPT exam. 10+2 passed or appearing candidates are eligible to register for the CPT exam.

The Term "CPT" stands for Common Proficiency Test. This Test is conducted twice every year in the months of June and December.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI] is solely responsible for conducting the CPT twice every year for those candidates who want to pursue CA course.

You need to get yourself enrolled before 60 days of CPT. The minimum academic qualification you need to have is either 12th appearing or you have passed 12th from any recognized board.
