Are handicapped with leg candidates eligible for the post of TTE in Indian Railways?


Sir, I am handicapped with leg. Can I apply for the post of Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) in the Indian Railways? If not, then can I apply for any jobs in Indian Railways?
