As I read that MBA can enter easily into the Managerial positions, but M.Com qualified candidates need the good amount of experience to enter the Managerial position. What does it mean? Can you please explain it! Is it like MBA has more advantages over M.Com?

MBA and M.com are the two helpful courses for the B.com graduates.In MBA-MBA FINANCE is best for B.com students that offers specialize in Accounting and Finance area.One can become MANAGERS.M.com will help B.com graduates to gain depth knowledge in areas like-Account,Finance,Computers though you studied these subject in B.com when you take up M.com course you have the depth knowledge about these subjects.MBA JOBS-Chief Financial Manager,Investment Banker,Accounting Manager.M.COM JOBS-Auditing,Banking Insurance,Stock Banking,Management Consulting.In my point of view there is better scope if you purse MBA.
