Having completed Diploma can I get direct admission in 2nd year in BITS, Pilani?

I have completed Diploma in Civil. Now, can I get direct admission in 2nd year via lateral entry scheme in BITS Pilani? If not into 2nd year then am I eligible to get admission in 1st year?
