Having registered for both groups of Company Secretary can I write exam for only one group?
Sir, I have submitted Company Secretary's Executive examination form for both group but I want to give only one group (i.e., 2nd group) will there be any effect on result or mark by doing this activity?

You termed to be absent in Group 1, if you don't give Group 1 exam. I would suggest you even if you are prepared for Group 1, just sit for the exam & evaluate the paper. How much you can score without preparing Group 1. Group 2 marks will not be affected by Group 1 exam.

No, it will not affect on marks. But for experience of type of questions coming on exam, you should give exam even if you have not prepared for that group.
