Having studied till matriculation in MP, will I be considered local resident of AP for EAMCET?

I studied from class 1 to 8th in Andhra Pradesh. And, from 9th to 10th in Madhya Pradesh. Will I be considered local in Andhra Pradesh for EAMCET purpose? M parents are residents of Andhra Pradesh. Please reply.
