How about doing PhD after M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry?

Sir, myself Imran and I have completed M.Sc Analytical Chemistry and now I want to do PhD. So, is it possible to do PhD without any entrance? Or, entrance is compulsory? If yes, then which entrance do I need to write? And, which branch or subject should I choose in PhD? What would be my career growth with PhD?

Yes you can persue PhD after your masters degree.
Almost all colleges grant admission on the basis of entrance exam.
Some of the popular entrance exam are
CSIR UGC NET
UGC NET
GATE
After clearing either university level entrance exam or National level entrance exam , the candidate has to appear for interview round.
After tthat, candidate us selected for admission.
Those who are interested in designing , research projects , managing teams, contributing new knowledge in the field, then PhD in Chemistry is worth it for greater opportunities for employment and advancement.
Career after the course
*Postdoctoral Researcher
*Environmental scientist

*Chemist/ material scientist etc
