Dear Team, please help me. I have passed 10th in 2006 from National Open School but my DOB isn’t correctly mentioned in 10th certificate 03/01/1985. While correct is 25/06/1985. Requesting to you please let me know how to correct it?

You can certainly change your date of birth as 25/06/1985. However, you would need to contact the regional office of National Institute of open schooling within three years from the date of registration in NIOS.

You will need to submit the following documents along with the application for Date of birth correction.
( a)attested copy of the admission form.
(b) attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the District Office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths.

You will need to pay Rs.100 for the date of birth correction.
