My friend daughter's husband is expired recently in East Godavari district he wants to apply for widow certificate. How to apply for the same for obtaining the same.

You would need to download the application form through http://ap.meeseva.gov.in/DeptPortal/UserInterface/LoginForm.aspx. Once done, you need to fill the application form correctly and completely and then had to submit to your district Tahsildar as he is the competent authority to issue. You would need to submit Ration Card or EPIC Card or Aadhaar Card on which your husbands name should be mentioned and Death Certificate of your husband along with the application form.
